The Income-tax Department has released a new circular No 8/2012 [F No 275/192/2012-IT(B)] dtd 05/10/2012 containing the various details and particulars & procedures with regard to deduction of tax at source in respect of payments by way of salaries during the year 2012-13. In the latest Circular .. most of perquisites are given in details. Where Vechile Maintainance reimbursement talks about official .. what about official and personal and Car cc details . Is this all removed.
