The Central Board of Excise & Customs vide its Order No 3/2012 dtd 15th October 2012 has extended the due date for filing the return for the period from 1st April 2012 to 30th June 2012, from 25th October to 25th November 2012.
Earlier , by notification No 47/2012 dtd 28th September 2012, the period for which the return has to be filed has been notified as 1st April to 30th June 2012.
