Have you missed claiming the Transitional Credit since you havent filed TRAN 1 & TRAN 2 forms?
As per the latest Supreme Court directive, GSTN is going to open the common portal for filing TRAN-1 & TRAN-2 forms filing.
The Hon’ble court has directed the GSTN to allow the taxpayers either to file the relevent forms or revise the already filed forms, irrespective of whether the taxpayer has filed writ petition or not.
As per latest notification in the GSTN portal, the filing of these forms are going to open on 1st Oct 2022.
Within 90 days from the date of filing,the officers will verify the details and credit will be allowed for the same.Thereafter, the credit will get reflected in Electronic Credit Ledger.
