The Ministry of Corporate affairs had earlier announced a scheme for Companies & LLP who are in default of filing their Annual Returns and other ROC returns. Under the scheme, there was a substantial reduction in the additional fees for late fees payable. These schemes were originally to end on 30th Sep 2020. Now due to the Covid 19 related business distruptions, the last date has been extended till 31st Dec 2020.
Along with the same, the other due dates for filing forms relating to creation/modication of Charges has also been extended upto 31st Dec 2020.
